Project Manager – O&M – Solar PV – Monitoring & Control – Germany

Are you currently working in the Solar PV sector but don’t see much future at your current company? Would you prefer to work for a forward thinking, yet very stable company?

My client are a well-recognised and very successful Solar developer and EPC. They are backed by one of the longest running utility companies in Germany and are continuously growing. They have a very strong O&M business with plants in Germany and throughout Europe.

Due to this continued growth, they have a fairly urgent and very important position in their team. The role is Project Manager, Monitoring & Control.

Your tasks will include:

– Responsible for the smooth functioning of the IT infrastructure of the control room

– Visualisation of the PV system portfolio and the upcoming maintenance tasks

– Planning and commissioning of monitoring systems for on-site PV systems

– Integration of new PV systems into the control room system

– Continuous target / actual comparisons of PV plant performance and yields

– Detailed fault analysis and reporting

– Communication of deviations and faults to the service teams

– Advancement of control centre technology

It is essential that you have done this type of role previously, working in a busy O&M team, responsible for the monitoring and functioning of the control room. This will ideally be PV plants, but similar industries will be considered. You will have completed a degree in computer science / business informatics or completed training as IT specialist or IT system electronics specialist. Fluent German is mandatory.

The role is based full time, in brand new offices in central Germany. Salary is dependable on experience but somewhere in the range of €55k – €70k.

Met-Ocean Expert – Offshore Wind – Germany


Responsiblity for the procurement and processing of the meteorological and hydrographic data

With your expertise you support all trades in all project phases

Set up the design base (basic reports, design documents, etc.) close collaboration with the project team



You have a completed civil engineering degree with the main focus Water engineering/water management.

Experienced in the analysis, evaluation and preparation of meteorological and hydrological data

Fluency in English (oral and written)

HSE Manager – Offshore Wind – Germany


Support the team in all questions concerning health, safety and health environmental protection

Employee training and monitor the compliance with the relevant requirements

Selection and procurement of personal protective equipment and people-tracking systems



Engineering Degree or equivalent professional experience

Extensive Offshore Wind experience

Fluency in both German and English (oral and written)

Additional qualifications relevant to SHSiKo/SiGeKo



Origination of HSE within the Offshore Wind industry

Ability to take over the communication with authorities and professional associations



O&M Manager – Solar – Germany


Responsibility for solar plants worldwide

Management of subcontractors: electrical and mechanical maintenance work, inspections and repairs

Reporting, yield reporting and documentation

Warranty tracking



Experienced renewable energy electrician or electrical engineer

Switch Allowed Person (SAP)

Well-versed in the use of MS Offi ce software

Fluent English and German

Several years of professional experience in operating and maintaining solar power plants



Strong ability to work as part of a team

Outstanding communication skills and customer orientation

Construction Supervisor – Solar – Mexico


Construction management and supervision of all trades

Site management

Coordination with authorities and specialized engineers

Reporting and coordination with the project manager



Relevant professional experience in Mexico and/or Latin America

Knowledge in cost calculation, subcontractor contracting (FIDIC) and construction

Fluent English and Spanish

Basic technical knowledge about the photovoltaic industry
